The Great Ball Drop is presented by Cops 4 Kids & The B2V Running Team.

Golf balls are dropped onto a designated fairway where a pin will be set-up. The 1st ball that makes it in or the closest balls wins. The drop will take place on April 2nd 2012, and the winner does not need to be present.

First Place winner is a 50/50 split up to $1,000 dollars.
Second & Third Place will be determined by the total number of golf balls sold.

2nd Annual Operation Easter Bunny

Cops 4 Kids (C4K) is preparing for the 2nd annual Operation Easter Bunny Event. On April 5th and 6th, volunteers will be delivering Easter baskets filled with a custom coloring book, crayons, candies and a plush bunny to youngsters and seniors residing in five different Anaheim locations.

On April 5th and 6th volunteers will gather at 9:00 am to begin Operation Easter Bunny. Anaheim Cops 4 Kids staff, Anaheim Police Officers, Anaheim V.I.P.S., McGruff the Crime Fighter and the Easter Bunny will visit 5 facilities across Anaheim to take photos, distribute Easter baskets and organize an Easter egg hunt for the children.

Here are the ways in which you can help:

Make a financial donation in any amount. Donate Online.
Donate items to fill baskets (individually wrapped candy, plastic eggs, etc.)
Volunteer to make Easter baskets on April 3rd or 4th (10 am to 2 pm)

Cops 4 Kids is a registered non-profit 501(c)(3) that relies on the generosity of extraordinary citizens and corporations to provide the resources to keep our youth active, productive, and safe. We urge you to join us in this effort and help us bring Easter cheer to our Anaheim youth.

Donations should be made out to Anaheim C4K and designated for Operation Easter Bunny. Financial contributions or gifts can be dropped off at our offices located at 1290 E. California State Income Tax

Now you can easily designate Voluntary Tax Contributions to benefit youth in your community.

The Anaheim Police Activities League is one of several recipients to receive any funds donated from your California State Income Tax return. Simply check the “California Police Activities League” box and designate the amount you wish to donate, your donation will help change the lives of deserving kids. All money donated within Orange County is divided between Anaheim PAL and Santa Ana PAL.

This is a great way to donate to our program. Your donation will provide resources to keep our youth active, productive, and safe. Anaheim PAL (Cops 4 Kids) is a registered non-profit 501(c)(3) that relies on the generosity of extraordinary citizens and corporations.

8th Annual Cops 4 Kids & Baker to Vegas Running Team Golf Tournment

Join us on April 2nd 2012 at Western Hills Golf Course in Chino Hills, CA. Registration starts at 9:30am and the shot gun start is at 11:00am. Teams of four are invited to sign up before March 31st 2012, with early registration receiving $100 dollars off if received before March 9th 2012. The entry fee is $500 ($400 if registration is before the early registration deadline) and covers 18 holes of golf, a golf cart, unlimited range balls, tournament gifts & prizes, lunch, dinner, on course cold beverages, and individual & team awards.

We would like to thank everyone who helped Cops 4 Kids make the 2011 Cops 4 Kids Adopt A Family program a huge success. A BIG THANK YOU to all the generous individuals, businesses and organizations who donated to help bring Holiday joy to over 1,000 Anaheim youth!! We appreciated the hours volunteered by all our gift-wrappers, Anaheim Police Officers, Anaheim City Employees, Anaheim Police Employees and Volunteers, and the public. Your time and support was GREATLY valued. We would also like recognize Torii Hunter, Angels Outfielder, for his EXTREMEY GENEROUS donation to this event. From the bottom of our hearts THANK YOU!! Your act of kindness made it possible for us to not only continue but expand the number of VERY HAPPY youth on Christmas day. Thank you to Angel Baseball, Tim Mead, Sam Maida and all the staff at Angel stadium for welcoming us and supporting the event. We are very grateful for all the supporters!!! Lastly, Downtown 195 and Give Love Back cooked all the meals and ensured that all these families also had a delicious meal for Christmas. Thank you, thank you, thank you to everyone!!! Thanks Santa! Thank you for volunteering to gift wrap. Due to the over-whelming but much appreciated amount of volunteers Cops 4 Kids received last year, please sign-up by providing your name, email address, a contact phone number and your desired time. If the times listed do not work with your schedule please let us know your availability and we will do our best to accommodate you. Each time is limited to 20 volunteers and recommended age of volunteers is 18 years of age (unless child is accompanied by a parent or guardian). Volunteers are not required to stay for the entire allotted time.

This year we will be wrapping in Exhibit Hall inside Angel Stadium.

Anaheim 195 Downtown Grill to host Charity Gala

The funds raised will used for the Cops 4 Kids Annual Adopt A Family program. $1 MILLION DOLLAR CHARITY GIVEAWAY Bruno Serato Surprises 200 OC Nonprofits With Unprecedented Act of Generosity In an extraordinary act of generosity Bruno Serato, owner of the Anaheim White House restaurant, made a surprise announcement before 400 representatives of local nonprofits declaring that he will underwrite the cost of holding 1 charity fundraiser each week for the next 4 years. 100% of the proceeds from these fundraisers will benefit the organizations and 200 local nonprofits received the giveaway– a total value of $1 million. Cops 4 Kids Jail & Bail Fundraiser seeking “arrestees”

Cops 4 Kids is seeking generous individuals that are willing to get “locked up”for kids. As an “arrestee”, you will receive our 5-Star “Inmate” treatment, including great food, special event mementos and the chance to win great prizes, available only to Jail N’ Bail participants.

Participants pledge to raise a selected amount or “bail.” Then, with the help of C4K-provided aides (general letters, themed fax cover sheets, etc) and special “thank you” gifts for donors (souvenirs, event door prizes…) participants begin to raise their pledge total by contacting friends, family, and co-workers.
